Validation test 1 · clean, reconcile and verify

Know exactly what changed in your spreadsheet.

Turn one messy, non-sensitive Excel or CSV export into a clean working copy with a documented change log, control totals and a separate list of records that need your decision.

Built for small operational exports—such as product lists, supplier tables, inventory extracts or event data—where a cheap reformat is not enough and silent guesses would create risk.

Do not attach the real file yet. First share only purpose, file type, total rows, columns, tabs, field categories and the intended unique-record rule.

What you receive

  • A clean working copy, with the original source file preserved unchanged
  • Maximum 1,000 data rows in total across no more than two simple tabs, with up to 15 columns
  • Duplicate handling by one agreed unique key
  • Consistent dates, currency, percentages, labels, headers and filters
  • A separate exception report—uncertain values are never guessed
  • Before-and-after control totals, a change log and one correction round

Controlled data boundary

We work on a copy, preserve the source, document every rule and put uncertain records in a review queue.

Excluded: personal or sensitive data, formulas, macros, dashboards, bookkeeping, research, scraping, account access, external links and multi-system merging.

Accepted only when

  • The source file is preserved unchanged
  • Every cleaning rule appears in the change log
  • Uncertain values appear in the review queue
  • Agreed row counts and control totals reconcile
  • The result opens and agreed filters and formats work

Pilot stop rule: after ten qualified opportunities or fourteen days, we pause the offer if it produces no order or fewer than two substantive buyer responses. No advertising spend is required for this test.
